Restocking Fee
An 8% restocking fee will be deducted per item from your total refund amount.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds (minus the 8% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
